With the demand at a high for new build home's we often hear stories about brand new house's not meeting expectations, things left unfinished, things that have been missed, or finishing touches that are of poor quality, if these are left after a certain period of time this could potentially become the homeowner's problem, it will be down to the homeowner to rectify, and that will come at a cost!

An Inspection carried out on your new build property could identify issues that could be missed and potentially cost in the future .
we have the knowledge to identify issues for the homeowner to then report back to the builder so that they can arrange for the issues to be rectify

We work for the homeowner, we will inspect every part of your home, including garages, gardens and loft space, then compile a report for you to hand to the developer and start the ball rolling on rectifying issues found,
How long does it take:
Average between 2 and 5 hours:
This depends on many thing's from house size to how many issues are found, but we will never rush an inspection, are aim is to find as many issues that are present at the time of the visit, once the inspection is complete you will receive a detailed and photographed report within 24 hours.
